This agency is so well organized and efficient with high quality care. I had an emergency visit at The Lahey Hospital and the case manager, Wenge, recommended I contact Immaculate as I needed home care. I contacted them and within a few hours Mellisa, the administrator, made the arrangements and Ellen appeared at my door within a few hours of my call. The caregiver we have had from Immaculate, Jean, for the past 6 months is exceptional! He has provided excellent care and support to one of our family members who has complicated and extensive care needs.
