Our thanks to the staff members at Unanderra IMB. They have always been friendly, helpful and efficient, rescuing us from a few scam issues over the years. We will miss the family-friendly haven when it closes and are looking to find similar qualities at Figtree or Dapto branches; maybe even some of the local helpers!
Harley, Shania and team are very friendly and professional. Much more so than some other banks in the area.
Pleasantly surprised by the personal and friendly service you don't normally expect from a Bank. Also had a very good experience a few years ago where the branch manger was able to help sort through some complex financial matters from a different Bank. Would give a 6 star rating if I could.
