I would give zero stars if I could. Save yourself the time and headaches because mark the property manager and company owner does not care about his tenants, his properties or even his own reputation. Our fan blew up and caught on fire above our heads as we were asleep and he didn’t repair it till over a month later and he didn’t reply to us for weeks. Please do not believe this guy when he says”yeah we should be able to put you in the home, go ahead and pay $40 app fee” He never will call you with any updates & when you call him he will just block your number. Scammmmmerrrrrrrr

My boyfriend and I came to check out a house for rent from this guy. After showing ourselves around, we decided to apply for the rental. We were not approved and got only a “Hello we decided on another applicant” email. We were never told that there were any other applications pending or given a check list on what conditions would need to be met.
