Was billed $4000 for an in-network specialist visit (should’ve been $50 with Aetna). I Insurance covered $3000 and was left with $1000 bill and the billing departments explanation was extremely ambiguous and insufficient. They cited “hospital usage fees” or something like that 🤣🤣. Be very careful and understand the full costs before agreeing to service/treatment. Super shady billing practices.

Excellent ultrasound by Alex, excellent second imaging and diagnosis by the Radiology Doctor I did not catch his name. Very pleasant experience. Beautiful area, ambience and cleanliness. Piano player in main lobby is great, as was the decor, looks and feels like an upscale 5 star hotel.

Front desk was pleasant and efficient. Was brought back before my appointed time. US tech was EXCELLENT. I am in the medical field. He answered my questions and was very polite. He took time to position my foot. Always gently moving it with care for the area of pain.

I was impressed by the thoroughness of the ultrasound procedure. The technician was pleasant and communicative. A doctor came in after the procedure to discuss the outcome.

Ugh, my experience here was negative. I waited an hour for starters, but the majority of the team was dismissive and unfriendly. Things were disorganized, communication was poor, and it was a hugely uncomfortable experience all the way around. They mimic something I have been seeing in general across Stanford Health Care, and that's a lack of empathy and compassion that I would not expect to see in a team of health care professionals. It makes me wonder if they actually hate patients. I won't be going back.
