Horrible customer service for scheduling.
The CT tech was exceptionally rude. His interaction with me bordered on disinterested to how much can I talk this person out of doing this procedure. He told me I didn’t need it. Ummm YES I did that’s why my Dr ordered it. In fact I didn’t have it done because he refused to do the test. I waited 6 weeks for this appt. He told me I needed an ultrasound first. I told him I already had one. He was rude condescending and bordered on antisocial.
I do not know why I did not go here for my x-rays since I was hurt back in July 2025. I won't use orthopedic x-ray team anymore. The staff were kind, professional, and helped me be the best patient under my circumstances. Everyone should use their services!What an excellent team! This is the Stanford I first knew some 20 years ago. It was nice to see more technicians learning this vital work. I wish I could remember all their names to send a thank you for a job well done.
