I'm so glad I was sent here for my brain mri. I've had many others since but I wanted to talk about the brain for this review. I was misdiagnosed in ft Wayne for 20 years. We moved this way and I had an updated brain mri done at this location. I was finally diagnosed accurately and my imaging was being read fully not bits and pieces of it and my doctor was finally able to treat my brain condition appropriately. Mammogram was fine until the last, manual crank down--very painful. She did stop when I told her to, but then, she cranked the last two suddenly and I didn't have time. Still painful a day later. Will not go back.
Their prices used to be reasonable, but now this year they charge over $350 for a simple ultrasound.
I do not have a problem with anything except the fact they now have Urgent care on the other side of the room and people are over there coughing with probably flu and covid. A WALL needs to separate these two areas. Have they learned nothing from covid? So many women and men over the age of 50 are in the imaging center and are more susceptible to respiratory illness. Please change this for safety of the patients.
This office is guilty of negligence and malpractice with all patients suffering claustrophobia that could not have the CT scan done inside of the machine or tube. They never inform their patients for those that are suffering that so they can get proper imaging done and receive the best medical care possible, that they have an option of a standing ct.
