The marbling on the steak was woeful. Also, I'm pretty sure the lighting was vegetarian, NOT vegan.
Why would anyone want to step foot in a restaurant where "mama bear" calls out customers by name, who dare critique it, is beyond me. Apparently being vegan doesn't make you any kinder. Shocking. Shame on you.
Pretty much because... well... there hasn't been any proof whatsoever that vegans save the planet. Which means there's false advertisement going on here. Carry on.

Taking new events aside, I was excited at first to try a vegan restaurant. However... I've given this place a try at least three times and have been underwhelmed. Aside from the very slow service, it does seem like food that has just been reheated and served. Being an avid cook myself, I find it deeply disappointing when I feel like I could have made something better at home, whether it's a vegan, vegetarian, or full on meat dish.
