Recently went vegan a few months ago and when we planned our trip to Memphis I was happy to find Imagine Vegan!! Was so looking forward to going that I already knew what I was gonna order before we arrived. I was not disappointed !! The beyond burger was amazing as was our appetizer of cheese sticks !! I saw this spot when booking our travel to Memphis. I was so incredibly excited to grab some food that was my comfort. Upon arriving it's quiet, and comfortable inside. Waitstaff was so nice at making a few suggestions. My sandwich was really good. However, the sweet potato fries were burnt. My boyfriends "chicken sandwich" had a...processed taste to it.
