Great experience so far!!
Dr. Sarah and her team have been nothing but Amazing. Having all 3 kiddos in braces at one time, they have made scheduling appts a breeze. In our one Ortho emergency on a Saturday, she personally took our call from up North, arranged for one of her assistance to meet us at the office to fix a spring before she was also leaving town. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
We would recommend Imagine orthodontics. They have excellent customer service & they make it fun for the kids to earn tokens to win gift cards etc. They also have different drawings to win things and pies at Thanksgiving and all kinds of extra things.
Fabulous! Great staff that do great work. I swear every time we go in my son is missing another racket due to hockey or lacrosse. They totally understand and he is always comfortable.

Dr. Sarah is an amazing Orthodontist and the entire team is exceptionally caring. The most important thing which many people don't understand is it's not just straightening your teeth but knowing your bite is right for the lifetime of functioning. It's well worth the investment and time to do it right, so it won't cost you even more down the road. I give them 5 stars!
The staff at Imagine Orthodontics has been wonderful from the start! From the front desk receptionists assisting me with insurance questions to the specialists walking my child and I through the process of fixing her cross bite. All of the ladies have been a pleasure to work with. This clinic has many incentives to keep students happy and doing their best too! The technology they have is also impressive! I highly recommend!!!
