I called to make an appointment for my 14 year old and asked if I would be required to stay during her cut and color. I was told that I was not required to stay only to leave and get five blocks from home when they call me and say they forgot to get my signature and that technically I am required to be there. I am giving the North Little Rock, AR a 1* because inadequate equipment and for its lack of training on Black hair care and styling. And before anyone comments, I know this is a school but even a school should have equipment and instructors to give proper training for what the students/government are paying for. I first went to this location for a pedicure. At that time, I purchased a 10-visit "VIP" card before I discovered that this location did not have true pedicure chairs...Continue Reading
My first day is Tuesday, and I cannot wait to start ! I love the vibe that they have driven to me . The first time I walked in there I already felt at home ! Like all my probs just went away ! And I absolutely love that !! I know that they are going to teach me everything I need to know and going to push me forward when I fall ! I'm just so excited !
