Had a horrible experience. I wanted to change my hair color to Blue for my 40th birthday. I have never colored my hair. They decided that since my hair was so dark, they had to lighten it first. But when the lead Britt mixed the color blue she did not take into consideration the yellow hue my hair now had after the lighting process which everyone knows YELLOW + BLUE = GREEN!!!!!!! My hair turned GREEN!!!!!! She then TRIED to fix it by mixing more midnight blue to correct it but it turned my hair Gray with a green tint!!!!! T... read more
