They purchased and rented out a home in our neighborhood. The first thing they did was clear cut every single beautiful pine tree. Our neighborhood is known for trees and the homes were built around them. They just ripped out all the landscaping and trees in a day. Home looks terrible and so out of place now. I'd give this management company ZERO STARS if possible. We decided not to rent from them for another year after finding out that they are charging us 4x what the mortgage payment on the house would be. In addition to that, there are unnecessary fees added to your rent monthly like a "monthly set up fee" and "pet rent". Any Maintenace request you put in they'll take FOREVER to get fixed. I was about to sign with a property under this company, and I am relieved I didn't. First of all, it's very hard to get in touch with them over the phone. I've left countless voicemails. They have direct messages, but I was told incorrect information over direct messages multiple times. Prior to applying, I was told I could schedule a self-guided tour before signing a lease. The basement is moldy and making us sick, no sanitation and cleanup after 6 inches of black water sewage flood almost a month ago, have no hot water, have no heating. Nobody answers the phone, texts, emails, written letters. "Emergency" maintenance work order was open for weeks, then closed by the management after someone "looked at the sewer drain".
Incredibly disappointed. I submitted several maintenance requests more than 45 days ago, but they have yet to complete any task. Several contractors have been sent to my home without 24 hours notice. This is a violation of the terms of my lease. (And whoever comes always there to "look" at the problem, but never to fix it). They required userid and password to my BANK ACCOUNT! Without it, we couldn't complete their verification process. They wouldn't accept W2, bank statement, phone call to my bank, tax return, nothing but access to my BANK ACCOUNT. Who in their right mind would give a property management company full access to their bank in this day and age. Speaking as a 30 year computer professional, banking security extremely important. I'm not about to trust a real estate management company with that information.

Imagine Homes bought our neighbors home next door. They've been working on the renovation for months. Non-stop contractors and equipment blocking roadway and sidewalks. The past weeks they've been cutting down tree after tree. Then they started cutting down a perfectly healthy 70 yr old pine tree that is in between our house and the neighbors. The pine tree had large branches hanging over our house. A single contractor (non-english speaking) proceeded to cut down all the branches on his own in a bucket truck with no spotter ... read more
