I'm 18 years old and have been struggling with my mental health for years and decided to give Imagine a try during one of my lowest moments. They really helped me get back on my feet and get my shit together. I've been practising a lot of what I was taught there and my methods of coping has improved immensely. The staff are beyond amazing and you can tell they all care about every single individual who walks in the door. I highly recommend for anyone struggling right now!
Okay to send but I feel the not high on communication with the parents I feel it’s more of a daycare for teens. People there are friendly and respectful this review more on a professional side would I recommend if your kid willing to work on things at home as they give them tools for coping I feel they don’t try and not confront but make the kids a little uncomfortable cause they are sent there for a reason. Just please just please get a little more intentional with the kids by getting to the root of there problems
I reached out to this provider in efforts to build supports for my teen. They asked me a lot of invasive questions and my insurance information, scheduled me for an assessment. Upon arriving, there was complete chaos- all youth were in full view of the general public and group therapy conversations were heard by me and my teen while waiting for a therapist. Will never stand to be treated like garbage, no matter what my position is, all I was doing was help a child and the treatment from this place and from this administration assistant is horrible. I would diffidently be careful when you take your love one here.
