I reached out to this provider in efforts to build supports for my teen. They asked me a lot of invasive questions and my insurance information, scheduled me for an assessment. Upon arriving, there was complete chaos- all youth were in full view of the general public and group therapy conversations were heard by me and my teen while waiting for a therapist. Will never stand to be treated like garbage, no matter what my position is, all I was doing was help a child and the treatment from this place and from this administration assistant is horrible. I would diffidently be careful when you take your love one here.
I am guardian of an 18 year old boy. He was recommended to rehab by his probation officer. Before this year (2025) I had not heard of an out patient rehab facility for teenagers in Lincoln. I had to send my 18 year old son out of state for a specific program for 18-24 year old. On the one hand I wish there was an age specific out patient for the appropriate seasons of growth (ie 11-13, 14-16, 17-21) but this group of counselors and their team at Imagine worked hard to support and assist my 18 year old ward. This place really helped me understand myself better and form relationships with peers. All the staff were pretty friendly. Only reason it’s a 4 is because they were a little short staffed. Overall a good program to be in!
