Smaller than I anticipated but enjoyed the day throughly. The staff was friendly and patient. As we had a 7, 11, and 13 year old, they didn't want to leave. Took over 150 photos. Storm display didnt really do much, but had a blast doing the VR and just in general getting to play like a kid while feeling safe to allow my kids to enjoy the facility. We had a great time !.... lots of hands on displays and great presentations . We took my grandson home crying and kicking because he didn’t want to leave ... love the live animals :)

We visit the area each year in January and always make a stop here. The last two times we’ve gone, most of the exhibits weren’t in working order. The touch tank was pretty empty if animals and the crowd was so large there wasn’t room for each child to have a turn. There wasn’t enough room in the live animal show for even half the people to sit. Adults were rude and elbowing their way to get seats before the kids.

Very disappointed, exhibits we're poorly planned, many not operational or missing explanations. Example: reptile aquariums positioned at floor level where you have to get down on your knees to see in or placed above the head of an average adult. I'm 5'4 and couldn't see in.
