Worse service ever. First and last time I use them for anything. They love to give excuses but dont want to hear you when you talk .

when a test is ordered they should know if the insurance is going to pay. wanted me to sign stating I would pay if insurance did not. in my opinion this is totally wrong. I cancelled the test and called my doctor on positive note I did do the mammogram and the tech was caring and excellent

I only clicked 1 star because I had to. I will never go to the Breast Center AGAIN! HORRIBLE customer service, poor communication on preauthorization. Mammograms can be a scary time depending on why you are there and to have staff that have ZERO compassion for the patient is UNACCEPTABLE. Going to St. Peter's from here on out! Dont waste your time with this place for your breast care! They SUCK!
