We were asked to come at 4:45. We were here on time. It’s now 6:05 pm and we have had no update on our wait of over an hour until I hunted someone down and asked for an update. Estimated time of our MRI is now 6:25. Over an hour and a half from the original appointment time. I appreciate that medical professionals are busy, but guess what? So are the rest of us!

Please don't call on a Saturday afternoon and tell me my doc has ordered a test and not let me call you back until Monday. I have no idea what he ordered or why. Have some consideration for you patients and don't make us wait.
