The nursing staff and a few of the PAs are great. However, it’s a very large practice so if you are sick and need a little attention this isn’t the place to be. Seems very impersonal and you’re made to feel you’re an annoyance. I’m a firm believer the patient knows their body and the dr should be listening to them in order to make the best diagnosis. RecommendedI went in for 2 tests today and staff was very accommodating to my needs and found them all very nice and helpful.
on hold as we speak ..18 minutes so far ..try to schedule my yearly cat scan ..need someone to call down stairs to order it.. Receptionist put me on hold without taking my name ..Unbelievable. After this I'm done . I pay a great deal for my appointments and this is how I'm treated

terrible went to report a phone nurse and thry said i could.no longer go there, took 2 months to speak with higher ups and then bbb and insurance companies and they make ppl with medicaid go to visits when they can send a script to pharmacy for simple medication thats you could buy at walmart you have to sit for a hour before Being seen and 30 Mins in room before being seen just redicouls Terrie experience dont go there...
We absolutely love Dr. Mehta and Katie! My son has been seen here since he was a newborn. They both have always been very caring and responsive to our concerns. We are always promptly brought back to a room with minimal wait times. We have had to make multiple same day sick appointments over the last three years and are always accommodated and taken seriously. The front office and nursing staff are also extremely helpful and kind to us!
