First time here! I came here to get a pedicure from Diamond in suite 154! (Diamond Nail Spa LLC, for reference!) and she is phenomenal! I’ve followed Diamond around since her old location and I have been seeing her for almost 8 years! The pedicure was very relaxing and Diamond is always joyful and kind! Plus her suite is very well-kept and she has a large selection of regular, gel and dip powders! Today I did a sparkly red gel polish with a bright red gel underneath!

As a suite renter, my first experience “solo” coming from a big salon… I cannot say enough good things about Image Studios and Tom! From day one, he was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely invested in the success of the professionals who rent there. Anytime an issue or question came up, he was on it immediately and always handled things with professionalism and care. A studio that has lots of different vendors in it. We went to Bonzai Head Massage which I reviewed separately. Great concept. Helpful people in front studios when you are lost. Better signing of those inside would be really helpful.

I chose the Franklin Image Studios location because it was the most beautiful and modern space I could find. And it just happened to also be the most affordable! As a stylist and small business owner, I loved that Image Studios offered business building support to help tenants grow, not just rent a room. Since Tom took over, the Franklin location has only gotten better. It’s stunning, well-maintained, and has such a creative energy. I’m proud to call this space home for my business!
