Unfortunately I have had a similar experience to other patients. Following my eye exam I ordered a year supply of contacts...in December. At first the communication was "they're on their way," but ultimately diminished to no response. It has been five months. I ordered a year supply of contacts five months ago. I have since moved out of state and had to purchase contacts elsewhere. They now refuse to answer any call or email to remedy the situation. Absolutely unprofessional business ethics.
I have been going here for several years and I must say with the new staff things seem to be going very well. The office is clean, they provided excellent service and I look forward to doing business with them again. Dr. Todd Clark has always provided excellent and friendly service.
I have been going to Dr. Clark for 10 years and now my son is also seeing him. He is always super friendly, upbeat and gives you the time that you deserve during the appointment. He is also very flexible if you need to come back to see him for any adjustments. He now has a great system to order contacts that is simple and fast.
We had our first visit today. My husband and I loved it. Great staff, and nice selection of frames.
My wife and I had appointments early February. My glasses came in on time. Her contacts were supposed to arrive within 10 days. We are still waiting with no new arrival estimate. Last year get contacts were delayed also but we were given the excuse that a change in office staff caused confusion so she just wasn't contacted. This year we are told the supplier just isn't shipping them. Do not go here if you need contacts.
