RecommendedDr Todd is Very knowledgeable & has his own equipment so he does all the tests gets ur rx & sends off for the glass & then he cuts fits tests & ur on ur way takes bout 2 wks for delivery especially durin COVID 19 but very clean
Earlier today, my sister and I both received eye exams from Dr. Clark. It was an enjoyable and informative experience. He was very friendly, fully understood our individual issues and offered sound advice above and beyond our annual eye exam and prescriptions. His office is was clean, chic, and modern. I, highly, recommend his services.
Dr. Clark is thorough, extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. He genuinely cares about the health of his patients. That’s rare to find these days. If you need an eye doctor in the Columbus area I highly recommend him!
I wasn't sure what to expect walking in to Dr. Clark's office. I have been going to large chains for my optical needs for as long as I could remember. Scheduling was a breeze and his office Manager was very personable. When I arrived, the Dr. was very kind and took the time to greet me by name. It was my first visit to Image Optical. The location is convenient. The office is clean. Dr. Clark was friendly, thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. Highly recommend this office!
No I do not recommend this office at all. I ordered glasses and picked them up only to not be able to see out of them!! And he would not do anything about it!
I recently moved back to Columbus and was happy to be able to visit Dr Clark again. He was my optometrist years ago when he had his location in The Short North. His Westerville office is easy to reach and parking is a breeze. He accepts eyemed and vsp insurance plans. The selection of frames is varied and my glasses were ready in less than a week. Pickup was a breeze. I’m very happy to be back and highly recommend Image Optical.
I have been a client if Dr. Todd Clark since he started. He is thorough and very professional. My entire family goes there.
