I did not know they have been existing for many, many years in this little strip mall that also houses Earlez Grill, The District, Orleans and York. I made an appointment Friday and I was in the chair Saturday at 9 am. I cam ready to sit and my hair was ready for braids. Fatima was my stylist. She is very sweet and efficient. I called after having a terrible day and they were able to take me last minute. They were super nice and my hair looks amazing. They took their time. Thank you!!!
After waiting 2 hours to get my hair done, when I was told to come in at 8 AM, due to several of the braiders either cancelling or coming in late, it is safe to say I will never come back to this salon. Not only were my braids excruciatingly tight, after I communicated with the hair stylist that I have a sensitive scalp, she dismissed my concerns and continued to braid with heavy hands.
