A little expensive, but well worth it This place is expensive (haircuts easily over $35). However, my money to color & cut my hair is worth a scalp massage, neck & shoulder massage, cappuccino and internet. My colorist does an amazing job and gets it right every time. It's not as uptight as other salons but still maintains a high level of service. I would rather go every few months and spend a bigger amount of money to have it done right

Highly unsatisfied with a haircut with Dawn Baker - she was 45 minutes late (lacking any remorse), she took 15 minutes in the booth TOTAL with my daughter - 10 of which was for washing her hair, and the cost was $30 (kid's cut). $30 for a straight cut that took 5 minutes! I don't mind spending $30 for a good haircut, but this it was not. It was rushed, the cut length was never confirmed with my daughter, and the haircut looked like it was done by someone at Supercuts. We will not be going back to Dawn.
Alicia is AMAZING! The whole studio is gorgeous and everyone is so friendly and so welcoming! I will not go to anyone else! 10/10!!!!

it's hard to get an appt with my work schedule and with my stylist when I had to cancel my last appt due to work and tried to set up another one well I got nothing but the shuffle around called 3 times then it was can you call your stylist ,I send message ,got no respond ,called again wait again, when called again then it was well you need to call her she does her own appt set up now ,,really,,
