After a horrendous flood decimated our house. Image Carpet Cleaning was called for water damage remediation. They took care of everything in our house, they even helped us change our flooring and gave us back our home. I have since recommended them to my father and my uncle when they had water leaks in their homes. They are always prompt, courteous and I would recommend them for water damage remediation any day.
We were very impressed with the Image Carpet cleaners showing up early, being very polite, being very professional and having very fair prices. Recommend this service for everyone

These people are only out to take your money. I spent $65 for them to spend 10 minutes basically giving my 5x7 rug a good vacuum and no cleaning. I'm pissed. They told me the stains wouldn't come out because they had been there too long. They should've told me the stains were not coming out BEFOREHAND because I would not have wasted my money on something that isn't going away. Isn't that the point of what they do? They gave misleading expectations of what they were able to do. I could've vacuumed my own damn rug.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience Mr. Luna, however; it was explained beforehand that they weren't stains but discolorations due to dog urine which are un reversible . Your wife agreed and decided to continue with the services.
