They did a great job with the cleaning of my futon! I didn’t like that they say that they’ll go give you a free estimate.. When they saw my futon they said oh FYI minimum charge for anything is $70 no matter the size.. I said well what if I add a rug and they said it goes up to $100. In my opinion you all should make the consumer aware of your supposed minimum charge ahead of time. The price seemed steep compared to the price my friend paid to get her condo carpet cleaned.
