DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am unbelievably mad at this dealership. I was so excited to come to a small dealership, especially after the terrible experience I had at a larger dealership. My interaction with George was great & I loved the car, but that's where the good things ended. After test driving the car, I asked what the total cost for the car would be, including taxes, fees, etc. I was led to believe that the fee wouldn't be much more than $8,000, which was what the price was online. My name is Kristen Kelley. My husband and I began the process of buying one of our dream cars from image auto about a month ago. We not only thought we were getting an amazing car and deal, but an amazing dealership too! We finally got the car delivered to us December 9. Purchased a Premier Plus Warranty with vehicle that would include all electronics. Became suspicious when Kamran didn't provide copy of contract upfront and said details of package was coded in the contract number. Contacted warranty company to verify coverage. Was told I only had basic power train coverage and person verifying coverage couldn't believe what I was charged. As of now, still trying to get warranty I paid for or full refund.
