This company has the best technicians out there! They are fast, they are very friendly and they do whatever it is that needs to be done in a very timely manner. Jason Sudjian is my favorite Technician. He is always in a good mood, he is easy to talk to, he funny and he gets his job done in a timely manner. Every time I call to request someone to come out, I always hope he comes. Have been using their service for over 2 years now and our office loves it. They really take care of their customers. We work out in Lamont but when copy machine was having an issue (our fault) they were out here the same day servicing. Every employee we ever encountered has been very professional and helpful.
Switched to Image 2000 after being with our previous company for years (even long before my time of employment at my current job). Alfred Valenzuela is truly a man of his word. He showed us how we have been paying way above what's necessary for years and years and how we could bring all of our currently owned equipment to Image 2000 and they would service it.
