Dr. Simakovsky and his wife Raya are excellent! They are very welcoming and accommodating. At first, I was afraid of starting chiropractic treatment but Dr. Simakovsky is a great doctor who has been doing this for many years. My back feels much better and he’s even helping me with a knee sprain. Definitely recommend!

Dr. S has and continues to be very helpful in managing the pain in my lower back. He's extremely knowledgeable. He even noticed a stiffness on my shoulder due to an injury that occurred ten years ago and has helped to loosen it. Will highly recommend his expertise.

I had severe pain and stiffness in my neck and lower back, but Dr. Simakovsky was my very first DC, because of my longstanding skepticism about chiropractic benefits and practitioners in general. Dr. S made a believer out of me. He's direct, honest, and clear about the symptoms, underlying causes, and the treatments, which is not magic and takes time and repetition, but the improvement in my back and neck pain, movement and flexibility is startlingly rapid and remarkable. Highly recommended.

The treatment that Dr. Simakovsky and his associates deliver is very thorough, and includes twice-weekly chiropractic sessions, a weekly trigger-point session, as well as orthotic treatment -- and all of it carefully explained after an initial session that included an analysis of my x-rays. I felt significantly better after only one session, and now, after 6 weeks, i feel as if I may just be able to cure the problem, and not just have momentary relief from the pain. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Dr. Simakovsky is awesome! He truly cares and is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. I came in with chronic headaches and within a week, my headaches have already improved immensely! Incredible! I'm so impressed with how committed he is to his patients - I actually look forward to my visits as I always feel so much better when I leave. It is so easy to make appts and I appreciate how helpful his team is in navigating health insurance making it stress-free! Absolutely recommend him!!

Great doctor who really takes the time to explain why you are feeling pain and how he's going to fix it. I started feeling better very quickly after I started treatment. Plus the wait time in the office is almost nonexistent. I would recommend him to anyone who has chronic pain.

I am an Occupational Therapist who was looking for a good Chiropractor in Manhattan due to neck and lower back pain. I do have to admit to my surprise, from the first visit I felt a huge relief for two reasons: one being that Dr. Simakovsky was able to clearly explain why I have this chronic pain and secondly he was able to manipulate my spine in an effortless and effective manner with immediate results. I also really enjoy the passion he has for his work and am so delighted to be his patient

i found myself in sudden and intractable pain. i couldn't turn my head, my right arm was numb and i had begun to abuse OTC pain medications. i was provided a referral from my primary to a sports physiotherapist but decided to seek out DR. Simakovsky. After only 5 visits he was able to pinpoint the source of the pain {aggravated pinched nerve], apply a variety of hands on {non medication] techniques that find me now pain free after suffering for over three months [ I should have gone sooner].

Have been coming to see Dr. Simakovsky weekly for the past two plus years. I have had nothing but positive experiences and coming here has greatly improved my back/neck and improved my overall quality of life.
