I came to Dr Simakovsky with hip pain that has gotten worse over the past 1.5 yrs. I've been to a sports medicine MD, PT, and acupuncture. In 7 treatments with Dr. Simakovsky, I'm finally feeling improvement. Some pain persists, but I've been able to stop taking acetaminophen or ibuprofen around the clock. Orthotics haven't arrived yet, but Dr. Simakovsky is confident that they will make a big difference. So far, he has delivered on predictions of treatment success, so I am very encouraged and appreciative.

Much praise and thanks owed to Dr Ilya. He was able to confidently not just assess my situation but correctly predict what my misalignment was, which we confirmed with a follow up X Ray. From there very hassle free treatment and feeling much relived from prior discomfort. Will for sure continue to see on a regular basis.
I have had chronic back pain for years and just assumed this was my life. A friend referred me to Dr Simakovsky after she had a very successful experience with him. After just 3 weeks (and a pair of orthotics) my low back pain is significantly improved. I used to experience pain just walking a few blocks. Now the absence of pain still amazes me. If you have beck or back pain, PLEASE give Dr Simakovsky a call and try for yourself. You must commit to the treatment plan, but it works!!! He is a miracle worker!
