I would not recommend this provider. I had a meeting scheduled and, due to unexpected car issues, I sent a message 2–3 hours beforehand requesting to switch it to a phone meeting. She never responded to my request and instead attempted to charge me a $150 cancellation fee, which she refused to waive. Very unprofessional handling of the situation. I suggest looking at other providers who value their clients’ time and circumstances.

I never thought I would write a review like this, but: Dr. Ilona Moroz is the psychiatric specialist that everyone is searching for: warm, human, compassionate -- and above all else, a fantastic, brilliant health care provider.
