These people are complete idiots, my shipment was at their Jacksonville warehouse on April 23rd then they sent it to Tallahassee, today they called me and said they sent it back to Jacksonville, the problem is I live 75 miles from Tallahassee and 120 Miles from Jacksonville. When I called to schedule it the guy told me that they don't deliver to my area, they stay on the west coast over to Gainesville well I live 40 miles west of Gainesville. Oh BTW today is May 6th.

Father, son duo delivered and installed my dryer from costco. They arrived about 45 minutes earlier than expected which was great because I hate waiting around. And they installed and hauled away thr old in Less than 30 mins. Super friendly also.

Terrible place to deliver to if you're a truck driver. As soon as I get there the girl that takes my paperwork is sitting in the car having a smokeout party with other employees . she gets out of the car reeking of weed so bad that I think I'll actually fail my drug test, if given one from just standing next to her. After 2 hours they removed one pallet and went on break. 3 hours later they finished unloading me. My entire load was only 7,800 lb . Absolutely ridiculous. Best of all, I was the only truck there.

*I should've updated on my previous experience, second time using this company and they did a great job both times. I was given a time frame and received a courtesy call 20 minutes out. My sofa, from Wayfair, was delivered on time and in perfect condition. The two gentlemen were courteous and worked quickly, very good experience.
