its here to help not hurt
Called them when I needed to most. The staff was friendly and scheduled me to see a therapist the next day. I was quite nervous and my therapist helped me relax and open up. I am going to Illuminations for a while and appreciate everything they do for me. I would recommend this place if you are in need of support.
Unprofessionalism at best.
The staff doesn’t take clients mental health as an important factor at all.. especially in crisis they actually make it worse. I wish I can put no stars !!

They are so good with kids. Im glad that my little girl can get the help she needs!
I started coming back about a month ago. Liked it a lot just like I did before. I recently switched to two week visits. I asked Aex in the front if he had my appointment down for two weeks at 5pm he said he would remember. Well here we are two weeks later I'm left alone in the lobby with no one to help me, the receptionist was gone and after waiting 30 minutes another therapist noticed me and checked in on my therapist and said she's in a session there's nothing I can do.
