This was my first and only facial I’ve gotten in my 40 years on earth, and my fifth or so eyebrow wax. Violetta was *amazing*. She was super informative and walked me through everything. She matched my energy with calm, peaceful quiet when I wanted the peace but engaging soft conversation when I needed to converse. Her eyebrow wax was the best I’ve ever had by both look and feel with it being ten times less painful than I’ve ever experienced before. 10/10 would recommend and will return.
The worst 90 minute massage I’ve ever experienced. I asked for deep tissue and was given light to zero effort pressure. The technique was worst simply rubbing up and down on my back with no true technique. An absolute shame of a massage for 250+.Natasha was the therapist. Unfortunately the worst massage I’ve ever experienced.
Been going here for a few years and it is the best spot around! Karen is absolutely the best, and the entire spa is incredibly relaxing! :)
Karen has been great to work with - shes kind, friendly and incredibly skilled with doing all laser hair treatments. I fully trust her with my care and couldn’t imagine going to anyone else but her!
Had an hour massage with Natasha today, it was wonderful. I feel great!!! She helped me with my issues I was having I’m very happy
