I love the inside of this spa, and how easy it is to park. The front desk lady is always very nice and attentive! Karen is always amazing and addresses all my concerns. 10/10 would recommend this place to friends and family.
Amazing staff & so helpful with my appointment
I have been a member at Illuminate for years now. I love everyone there. The owner has taken great care to make the space feel warm and inviting. Rebecca is my go to for facials but today I had Maggie who was excellent! My sister and I took my mom today for the signature facials. It is her 81st birthday today. She had Stacie and they took great care with her. She has kyphosis (dowagers hump) which is uncomfortable for laying on your back but they made her comfortable and she enjoyed every minute. Had a signature facial with Berenice today. It was perfect. She explained each step that she was doing and was attentive to any needs I had with my skin. The table was very comfortable and the neck and scalp massage to go along with it was amazing. Will be back!
