Pesima atencion por parte de la asistente del Dr. Carlos
Ilumina medical central se encuentra en Flagler desde que cambiaron el personal las atenciones son pésimas mala atención al paciente. Un disgusto total por tal motivo me fui de la clínica, recomiendo a los dueños tomen medida para no perder más pacientes como yo. Hoy tenía Cita para laboratorio y cuánto llegue me dicen que no era hoy cuando yo tenía en mi poder una tarjeta que lo decía la cual me la dieron en enero perdiendo mi día de trabajo . además que anteriormente no cumplían ya que tenía referido para exámenes y tenía ... read more
Estas personas no contestan el telèfono, nunca tienen appointment disponible. Y cuando tienes una emergencia, ni te pueden ver, , EMERGENCIAS tienen prioridad. Tuve que ir en persona a ver si habian cambiado de telefono o algo, y me dicen que el telfono no deja de sonar, que no tienen tiempo de responder y la muchacha del front desk en el celular, y no tienen tiempo. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The staff is unprofessional and unorganized. Forget about getting questions answered, getting a call-back, having your prescription sent to the pharmacy in a competent/timely manner, etc. The only bright spot is the cardiologist, Dr. Alvarez. Unfortunately, despite a great doctor, the incompetence of the rest of the staff is why I would recommend that you go somewhere else for care.
