A couple weeks ago, I would’ve given Illumia 5 stars. We had a wonderful Nurse Practitioner, who really knew her stuff, who would come out to talk to and take care of my husband. She was able to order meds, talk directly to his doctors, make recommendations, send an xray machine to the house, and got to know us on a personal level. It was such a disappointment to learn they did away with their home visits and now only do televisits which will mean different people every time. Very unethical and unprofessional. The company is unfair, unorganized, and lacks basic professionalism. I would not recommend working with or for them.
I absolutely love this home health place. I have the best NP, etc. that comes out. And, God thank you. She does EVERYTHING.
