Goldie - the owner of Illum - is the most knowledgeable and sweet person I have ever met. I needed a retired Lladro piece for my collection, she knew exactly which one but unfortunately did not have it in the store. Only a week later Goldie called me to tell me she found the piece for a fabulous price and if I am still interested. Of course I was and it was in perfect conditions. She delivered the piece to my house and set it up - just wonderful! Thank you Goldie!
