This is a very rude and unlikable DO. I was there for a new prescription and only had money for what insurance would cover. All my insurance would cover was lenses. I've previously had trouble getting just new lenses, because they think we should buy a new pair every year. I'm on a pension. So I mention this and he looks at me wringing his hands and whining, "We're so sorry when someone gets their glasses broken trying to put new lenses in".
