I just wanted to post and say I had a AWESOME experience today with the maintenance department they came out and completed my entire work order, not only were they fast, efficient and effective but they were very polite, I’m more than happy and pleased with the service I receive and the management who always handles my request. Thank you Michelle for all you do to keep our building, and surrounding area in excellent condition it’s such a Joy to call this place my home.
Bldg opened 10/20/16. Moved in 4/2017. Mgmt and maintenance was great. Now 7 or 8 managers later & at least 10-15 maintenance men later bldg has went down. Infested with bed bugs,roaches, & centipedes. Mgmt trying its best with pest control but nasty hoarding lazy residents won't comply by properly prepping their apt nor throwing out infested oldd furniture & clothes or cleaning filthy apts. I have called this agency for two weeks and have went to the office on the days they're open? Never got a call back or an appointment to come in No return phone calls! An never in office!!! How do they expect anyone to rent from them, when they have terrible customer service!
