The physical therapy office does not take payments, the only one I ever went to, they forced me to run up a large bill. I still cannot pay for visits from December 2025, its now march 2026, I cannot use my FSA card! The billing ofice says they are waiting on the insurance. I had to call them. My copay isn't going to change.I stopped going after 4 times. I refuse to run up a bill ! Its a shame the staff that worked with me was great. I will not go back and will not recomend.
This is for the physical therapists in the basement. Very caring, friendly, knowledgeable people. Everyone I met was wonderful.

Terrible, first appointment iced out, no call to let me know, they did not answer phone no recording no anything. Went in two days later they had no computers very unprofessional temporary system in place. Spent two minutes with doctor. Ordered MRI. I told the nurse at the desk to tell insurance to make it urgent. I was told it will be alright (I knew better I’ve done this before) She wouldn’t listen. She wasn’t the one in serious pain.
