I called to make an appointment and the staff was insanely rude. Cindy treated me like it was inconvenient to even talk to me on the phone. I can’t imagine what it would be like to actually be in their presence in person. Verbally insulting people they have never even met is horrible patient care.
Really great facility, Dr Feather is Phenominal. The staff listens they advise and do not over do anything. I also appreciated the paperwork and the support group information. They are here to heal not destroy lives. I appreciated the "real" vibe from Dr Feather, and there is no b.s. in him. He is a great person, Dr. and saved my life. Thank you and Be BLESSED!
