While trying to move in to this place the property manager was very helpful and picked up the phone at first but when we applied he kept causing delays by not asking us for certain information until after we left and then had to return on another day to give him said information, he also keeps forgetting to submit our applications for processing which further delays us moving in, promises follow ups and call backs but never follows through and when we try to contact him he never picks up his phone even after calling multiple... read more

I've tried multiple times to see an apartment/talk to a leasing agent. I called monday, may 13 to check to make sure someone would be there when I took my lunch at 12 to show a unit. I was told they take a lunch from 12-1:30. I tried again on Tuesday may 14, but the office is closed Tuesday and Thursdays. TODAY I went by again because the sign on the door says the office is open 1-4. No one answered the phone, nor were they in the office. I've also tried the contact us prompt on their website. The people are right they DIDNT answer the phone i called for weeks but the place is under new management and answers the phone!

It looks like a nice place to live but they don’t answer their phones for me to ask about renting.
