Just tried to make a Nueroligy apt was told they can’t make apt because their fax machine is broken. How does a medical dept go down for a couple of days due to a broken fax machine. I guess oaf can’t afford a new one.
I was involved in a multiple vehicle car accident. Dr. Syed performed spinal fusion surgery due to my broken back. He is very professional and a brilliant surgeon. His “bedside” manner is caring, kind, and approachable. I highly recommend him for spinal issues.
Nurse Tia* and Dr. Juvinall provide excellent care! They are compassionate and competent. Our messages are promptly responded to and appointments are thorough. They go above and beyond! *Nurse Tia is no longer at INI. We miss her!
They wait till the day before my scheduled surgery to cancel it due to them screwing up my Pre-approval from insurance. I had already taken my unpaid medical leave, Rented hotel room and food .. Couldn't Cancel room. Then they had the audacity to get an attitude with me. Got stuck with all the costs and they never offered to reimburse me. I refuse to ever go to them again! I filed a complaint with the state! I'm going to Carle Health from now on!
