I called a months ago two times asking about the EEG classes and I was forwarded to a voice mail two times and they still never called me back it has been 1 month. That department does not have an official phone number, you have to be forwarded to them. They don’t care about trying to help people it’s disgusting and wrong.

I’ve been a patient here for a long time and I’ve noticed two constants: 1. the staff are mean to patients and they look to cause you scheduling problems to get revenge upon you for having the unmitigated gall to expect them to do their jobs. 2. the staff are utterly incompetent and rather than accept responsibility for errors that are plainly caused by them, they lie and say that you used profane language and they have witnesses. Just tried to make a Nueroligy apt was told they can’t make apt because their fax machine is broken. How does a medical dept go down for a couple of days due to a broken fax machine. I guess oaf can’t afford a new one.
