They wait till the day before my scheduled surgery to cancel it due to them screwing up my Pre-approval from insurance. I had already taken my unpaid medical leave, Rented hotel room and food .. Couldn't Cancel room. Then they had the audacity to get an attitude with me. Got stuck with all the costs and they never offered to reimburse me. I refuse to ever go to them again! I filed a complaint with the state! I'm going to Carle Health from now on!

Barely felt heard for my son. Under age (16) and told to have back surgery yet the previous month before the same neurologist said to wait until he was in his 30's. I made the wrong decision and my son is in severe pain after the surgery, worse than before it. Follow up: years later and he struggles with severe pain and is limited (recommended PT). I checked with my insurance, who did a three-way call with I.N.I. and me and we found out OSF changed the billing method where it's coded as an outpatient visit to the campus, which bypasses the co-pay. More out of pocket impact to the patient. This is not stated ... read more

Dr. Dinh is an excellent and caring physician!. He is careful and not "knife happy". Went to great lengths to explain my MIR and my back problem. He recommended a course of action and I highly recommend him.

Extremely difficult to contact the neurologists working on my Dad's case after his stroke. We rarely see anyone from that Dept and when we do the Drs don't tell us their names and spend about 2mins checking on my Dad. We can't even complain or ask to see the Neurologists because we have no names! It's been extremely frustrating
