I paid 883 dollars for my taxes and boat title transfer at Morris Currency Exchange. It's been over a year, and the IL DNR says they have not seen the 52 dollars from them for the licensce. I went to morris currency exchange, and they told me they do not keep records of these transactions. I even have a receipt. I also try to call them; but they never answer the phone. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
