Husband and wife duo only focused on money. I have insurance and gave a credit card for co-pay but wife turned us away because she wanted me to pay all $500 up front since deductible hasn’t been met. She didn’t know how much my exact deductible would be without billing my insurance. I asked her to ask the doctor but she said that’s her policy. Unethical. I was very anxious to finally address my issue, but Dr. Bazak is warm and wonderful and so is his staff. He fixed my issue easily, without any pain, and it healed beatifully. 100% recommend.
Please don't go never, ever to this dr. I have very bad experience, I visit him to remove a litter corn in my feet. In about 2 months go there back and fort 4 times and still have the same problem.
Do not come here if you have any problems more than choosing an orthopedic insole. After six months of visiting to this doctor and taking medications from Amazon… I ended up in the hospital
