About this business

Il Tartufo is small Italian eatery serving delicious, family style portions made from natural ingredients. This nondescript, cash only restaurant has great food in their menu featuring Veal Scallopini, Stuffed Chicken Breast, Pesce Misto, Linguini with clams and much more. The appetizers and wine can be on the expensive side, so make sure you do ask the price before you order them.

Il Tartuffo When Il Tartuffo was a byo restaurant they maintained a cash only policy, which often is the case. However, a few years ago they obtained a liquor license but continued the cash only rule. That rankles me. When you combine it with food that's mediocre at best, my feeling is that there are many, many restaurants in this city where you'll have a more pleasant dining experience.
