With a raw bar, wine bar, Italian cuisine and alfresco seating, the crowds never go disappointed. If you can't afford to spend time at the restaurant, you can always pick up your order from the takeaway counter facing the street. They also offer rooms for private parties and the seating capacity is for 150 people.

Great time at a great restaurant! – The skirt steak was excellent -- it had a delicate seasoning that made it taste great. In addition, the fish of the day was perfectly prepared and served with a nice amount of frites and vegetables. The cocktails were great and they have an extensive wine selection. All in all, it's a place with a great vibe, really good service and excellent food.
Beautiful New Chelsea Gem – I dined with a friend at Il Bastardo yesterday and I must say it was wonderful. I asked to speak with the Chef, Joseph Cacace and wound up having a wonderful conversation about Wine, Food and Film! Twins – Ive never had a steak so delicious in my life. My blossoming twins agree. Since Bastardo has opened I have eaten there 3 times! Im sure wewill be back before birth!
BEST STEAKHOUSE .... – I recently went to dine at IL BASTARDO restaurant (steakhouse) and i have to say that i was impressed with the service, and the food was extremely delicious. I most definetively recommend this place to anyone that's looking for good service, great food, nice ambience at reasonable prices!!
TINY TINY PLACE – It's small, it's crowded, and there's no where to dance! The whole "not opening up dance floors until the club gets crowded enough" is such BS! It's very, very small. Unless you like getting tuna canned with a bunch of people, this is not a good place to go to have fun.
To meet jerks before you enter a club – Then go to Viscaya!! The bouncers, promoters and all people working at the door were acting like jerks. This is not the first time I have heard this either. They were rude, and gave all of my friends a hard time. This is not a place you want to hang out. Don't be fooled - THIS CLUB IS NOT THE HOT SPOT!
Wow, trash right from – the start. If you plan on having your night entirely ruined sure try the spot out! Definitely not worth the wait. From the minute you step onto the line the bouncers, unbearable. A Gimmick, I FELT HAD!!! – I went to the "Cupid Saturday" offered on Joonbug on 1/29/05. The promo-offered free entry 4guestlist and free open bar until 11:30 pm for all. When I entered the club, I was asked for the full-cover.
