Ike's took care of our plumbing and septic issues during very cold weather when no other service would. They were knowledgeable, polite, and easy to work with. They made our difficult and confusing situation seem like no big deal. I can't recommend then enough. Oh, they even cleaned up after themselves!

Your guys came out January 2nd. Had a blockage in the pipe. They only tried to clear it for about 25 minutes. They told me they couldn't get it open. Said they could use the jetter and get it cleared. I asked if they were sure it would work and they said yes. Guess what? It didn't work and flooded my basement even more than it was flooded. Then I have to pay 580 bucks when they did absolutely NOTHING! I called another company out two days later. I called Ike’s for a plugged floor drain in a rental. They were there the same day, kept in touch with me via phone, got the job done without my presence, and I was able to pay them online. I’m a busy person and I really appreciate a seamless experience. Thanks to Meghan for her competence. Ike’s is now my go-to plumber in Lafayette!
