Very quick to respond, quick work, and price was okay. They did remove 3 small trees that I was grateful for and they was also in his way so it was a win win for both of us :) . However, they have done a poor job with my hook up. Didn't double check the pipe they pulled under my sink and wound up needing to replace the bottom because it was water logged. I called around for the cheapest Sewer service , Ike’s was cheapest and they could be here today ! They were here on time and were very fast and did a great job . I got a text from them as soon as I scheduled it with them , when the driver was on his way , and then another one when the job was complete...... very professional !
Very friendly & efficient. They even offered to schedule a late afternoon appointment to accommodate my work schedule. I was able to flex my work hours so the later appointment wasn’t necessary, but I was happy the offered. The tech was great & had me test all the running water at the same time to make sure the issue was resolved. Will definitely use again in the future & highly recommend their services.
The guys worked hard and kept after it until they found the problem. All 4 were friendly and helpful. Good work.
