Ok. let Me start out by telling you that I am blue and yellow blooded 100% Swede who grew up going to the first IKEA ever built in Stockholm Sweden. So I KNOW IKEA right!? I would like to say IKEA Costa Mesa that I have been shopping at your store for years and I have always had great customer service until yesterday. I drove all the way to your store from Murrieta only to experience being treated like dirt, by multiple employees. Not only did I walk around for 20 minutes on the upstairs floor looking for someone to answer a quick question but when I did find someone it seemed like such an inconvenience for her to answer a simple question as to where the picture ledge shelves are.
