Customer service really suck lol lol
My husband and I have been rabid IKEA fans since you opened your store in Carson, California. We even decorated two houses with your products over the course of the past 20 years, so writing this negative review pains me, but it seems to be my only outlet. We recently moved to a home lacking in cabinetry, so IKEA was the obvious choice to obtain affordable, quality storage furniture. I love coming here, I remember the first time I came here, I got lost for 2 hours lol. Thank god for map quest.
I must say that Ikea store deserves a 5 stars but 95% of its employees deserve less than zero stars. I feel that because the store is huge, they think they can make themselves scarce. They are never around and if you are lucky to find one they are clueless or nonchalant. I had an issue once and took it to the store manager and to my surprise that went very well. He was very responsive and very helpful. I was shocked but very pleased.
Nice job Ikea. 24 minutes on hold...I guess you'd rather I drive there and make an employee's life miserable today. It shall be done.
